I also guide women in understanding what, when, and how much to eat in a way that supports metabolism, hormone balance, and long-term wellness.

For women in midlife, especially those in perimenopause and menopause, symptoms like weight gain, low energy, joint or muscle discomfort, skin irritation, sensitivity to cold and heat, hair thinning, difficulty concentrating, irregular or heavy periods, and mood changes often reflect deeper hormonal and metabolic shifts. Nutritional therapy can help address these changes in a sustainable and supportive way.

One-on-One Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy begins with a detailed look at your current eating habits, followed by personalized guidance designed specifically for you. I work closely with my clients through one-on-one coaching, focusing on affordable whole foods that fit real life without strict diets or exhausting workouts.
I specialize in helping women dealing with weight gain during perimenopause and menopause achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss. Together, we calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and your normal healthy weight range to create a plan that helps you safely lose up to 8 to 10 pounds of weight per month. We focus on understanding what, when, and how much to eat to support your metabolism and balance your hormones. Beyond weight loss, I support clients in managing chronic health issues, improving physical performance, and building long-term wellness with practical and evidence-based strategies.
Meal Plans
At Owlistic Nutrition, meal planning is made simple, helping you eat well without stress or confusion. I offer a variety of thoughtfully created meal plans designed to match your individual needs, health goals, dietary preferences, and conditions. Options include Gallbladder Support, Gut-Healing, Hormone-Balancing, PCOS, and Liver Support plans, among others. Each plan is evidence-based and developed in collaboration with a group of registered dietitians. You’ll receive simple, nourishing recipes along with practical guidance to help you build a consistent and supportive eating routine.
